1. Definition of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, purchase transactions, and product orders of Cititex operating under PT Global Prima Textilindo.
By accessing the website and using Cititex services, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms. These terms cover the ordering process, payment, production, shipping, returns, and handling of customer complaints.
Cititex is committed to providing quality products and services through a professional and transparent transaction process. Every customer is expected to understand all Terms and Conditions before making a transaction.
2. About Us
Established in 2012, Cititex is a distributor and provider of custom unit printing services in Indonesia, focusing on premium blank t-shirt products. With an extensive branch network and stock of millions of products, Cititex is an easy solution for individuals, communities, and business owners.
3. Refund or Return Policy
CITITEX PRODUCT RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Blank T-Shirt Return
Return requests for blank t-shirts can be made under the following conditions:
- Return must be submitted maximum 3 calendar days after the item is received.
- Product has never been worn and washed.
- Product is free from perfume, soap, or other odors.
- All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3.2. Printed T-Shirt Return
Return requests for printed t-shirts are only valid if there is a production error entirely originating from Cititex, under the following conditions:
- Return must be submitted maximum 3 calendar days after the item is received.
- Product has never been worn and washed.
- Return shipping costs are shared equally, 50% by Cititex and 50% by the buyer.
3.3. Additional Conditions
- Return submissions must include a full, unedited unboxing video recorded continuously from the unopened package condition until all products are clearly visible.
- Return submissions must be sent to Cititex admin by including order information and supporting evidence if needed.
- Returns will be processed after the submission is examined and declared to meet the applicable conditions.
By submitting a return, the buyer is considered to have understood and agreed to Cititex product return terms and conditions.
4. Delivery Policy
Item Delivery and Collection Conditions
Cititex provides free delivery service for orders with a minimum quantity of 72 pcs, with a maximum range of 20 km from the Cititex Kedoya Store. This facility applies in accordance with operational conditions and agreed delivery schedules.
For orders that do not meet the free delivery facility conditions, item collection is carried out directly at the Cititex Kedoya Store after full payment. If the customer chooses to use a delivery service outside the applicable free facility, all delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
